Rajasthan Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma will launch the Mukhyamantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana on Sunday. The program will be conducted by CM Sharma from Tonk. The district-level Mukhya Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana function will be held at Rajasthan International Centre in Jaipur at 11 am.
Under the Mukhyamantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana, in compliance with the budget announcement, farmers benefiting from the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana (Rs 8,000 per annum) will be provided additional financial assistance of Rs 2,000 per annum by the state government. For the successful implementation of the Mukhyamantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana, the nodal department has been made the Cooperation Department.

Under the scheme, the amount will be transferred directly to the bank accounts of eligible farmers through DBT. Under the scheme, the first installment of the additional amount of Rs 1,000 and two installments of Rs 500-500 will be released. Cooperation Minister Gautam Kumar Dak said on Saturday. A state level function is being organised at Krishi Upaj Mandi premises in Tonk on Sunday. In which more than 65 lakh farmers of the state will be directly transferred to their bank accounts as the first installment under the scheme.
He said that Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma has taken a historic decision to give an additional amount of Rs. 2000 per year to the farmers keeping in view the adverse geographical conditions and agricultural needs of the farmers of the state. He said that under the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana, more than 65 lakh eligible beneficiary farmers of the state will be benefitted.
He said that the first installment of Rs 1,000 and second and third installments of Rs 500-500 will be transferred to the farmers’ accounts along with the installment of PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana. He said that the farmers of the state will now be able to fulfill their agricultural needs with respect.
Custom hiring centres to be set up in 21 societies
The Cooperation Minister said that custom hiring centers are being set up to provide high-tech agricultural equipment to farmers on rent through Gram Seva Cooperative Societies in the state. Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma will dedicate 21 Custom Hiring Centres at the state level function. A grant of Rs 8 lakh will be given to each village service cooperative society to set up a custom hiring centre.
Contribution of Rs. 3-3 lakh to 51 Women Village Service Cooperative Societies
“Under the leadership of Chief Minister Sharma, the state government is committed to women empowerment. In the program, the state government will hand over a share of Rs 3-3 lakh to 51 women village service cooperative societies in the state. He said that women cooperative societies will be run and managed by women only. With the formation of these committees, women will develop leadership abilities and will be able to take decisions for their own development and welfare.
Farmers to get Rs 350 crore interest-free crop loans
The Cooperation Minister said that the state government has set a target of disbursing loans worth Rs 23 thousand crore by increasing Rs 1000 crore to provide more short-term interest-free crop loans to the farmers. A record loan of Rs 350 crore will be disbursed by Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma on June 30. Loans are being disbursed to the farmers as per their requirements. So far, more than 25 lakh farmers have been given loans of 10 thousand crore rupees.
They will continue to exist
He said that the district administration is also organizing programmes at the district level and at the level of village service cooperative societies, in which the Chief Minister will interact with the selected farmers. Kanhaiya Lal Chaudhary, Minister of Public Health and Engineering, Kirodi Lal Meena, Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, Heera Lal Nagar, Minister of Power, along with cooperatives and farmers associated with cooperatives will be present in the state level program.
